$8000 Tax Credit Deadline is fast approaching. If you are a first time home buyer or you haven't owned a home in 3 years then you are eligible for the first time buyer tax credit. However, you MUST be under contract by April 30th and close on your home before July 1, 2010. Do not gamble that the government will extend this deadline, you must act now.

I have not seen this much activity in the marketplace in a long time. If anyone is thinking of waiting, I really do not know why. Prices are still down, interest rates are still great, there are plenty of options to choose from and I have seen it first hand with such an increase in people buying and selling.
