$8000 Tax Credit Deadline is fast approaching. If you are a first time home buyer or you haven't owned a home in 3 years then you are eligible for the first time buyer tax credit. However, you MUST close on your home before December of this year. Do not gamble that the government will extend this deadline, you must act now and with it taking a month to 45 days from the time you find your home until you close on it, the time is quickly running out! Do not give up an easy $8000!

The Home Builders Association is also running a promotion called The Big Deal. I have two homes with the builder I work for, Carolina Country Homes, as part of this promotion. This allows for home buyers to get extra discounts on their home and free nice gifts! Ask me about it!
